MGF is the Middle East’s largest annual youth forum, dedicated to empowering and connecting young leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs from around the world. This year’s edition was held in Riyadh under the theme “By Youth For Youth,” emphasizing the power of collaboration to advance individual and collective growth in pursuit of global progress.

I worked to develop the overall narrative of MGF24 in line with the client’s strategic objectives, teaming with Jack Morton EMEA to craft a comprehensive programme of sessions around the event’s thematic pillars. Alongside creating and scripting content, I engaged with speaker selection and mapping to ensure a host of compelling conversations between a range of experts, providing in-depth pre-stage briefings where necessary.

MGF24 featured over 300 speakers across 150 sessions, with high-profile guests included Bill Gates, Steven Bartlett and Rateel Alshehri. Global leaders, young innovators and policymakers engaged in talks and workshops on topics such as sustainability, technology, education, health, culture and climate change. The forum was a resounding success, reaching an audience of over 26,000 people alongside extensive media coverage.

The Ithra Sync Digital Wellbeing Summit 2024 aimed to address the critical intersection of technology and human well-being, debating today’s digital crossroads under the theme “Confronting the Digital Paradox.”

I dug deep into the literature surrounding these topics, developing session ideas and scripting content to drive new discussions at the cutting edge of digital wellness discourse. I also assisted with speaker selection, subsequently honing topics and questions acutely specific to the personalities and specialisms onstage.

Sync brought together more than 110 digital experts and 80 speakers representing over 20 countries – from technologists and academics to healthcare providers and government officials. Keynote guests included Steve Wozniak, Kevin Kelly and José Mourinho. Exploring issues such as AI’s impact on creativity and the rise of algorithmic bias, the Ithra Sync Summit created a notable dialogue around shaping a healthier online future, advancing global conversations towards a balanced relationship between humanity and technology.
